We ship world wide from the UK. All Shipping is tracked and will be calculated at time of checkout. Delivery times exclude clearance / customs delays.
For deliveries outside the UK you will see an adjustment for the deduction of UK VAT at checkout. Your purchase will be subject to charges for tax and customs into the country you are importing, these charges will need to be paid by the customer. Charges will vary from country to country.
While we hope you are Superthrilled with your Supernova Oral Care purchase, we appreciate you may change your mind. You are of course welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of the purchase date and the item must be unused and unopened.
We will provide your refund once we receive the product returned to us, and has been checked by a member of the team to ensure it is unused and in a resalable condition. You must provide a valid proof of purchase from supernovaoralcare.com
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURNS in the subject field. Send a picture of the items you wish to return and confirmation of your original order. Once received and your return has been confirmed, package and send the items using an insured tracking delivery service to ensure it comes back to us safely.
Send us an email including tracking number so we know your return is on its way.
Package your item, mark RETURNS clearly on the outer package and send to the following address;

All Returns must be, unused, unopened and with the original plastic wrapping.
Returns are at the cost of the customer and are non refundable.
Please make sure you package the items to ensure they reach us in the same condition, and to prevent any damage in the post.
Please use a tracking, insured service as we can not take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged during the returns process.
Please ensure you have had approval to return the items from a member of the team before sending back. Without approval it may result in your returned items not being processed.
